Materials costs

All materials supplied by N1 Group Ltd are subject to a small mark-up to cover sourcing and handling. Orders under £500.00 incur a 12.5% mark-up, while orders above £500.00 incur a 10% mark-up. This ensures you benefit from our trade discounts while we manage the costs of arranging, collecting, and delivering products.

We understand that breakdowns and emergencies can happen without warning, which is why we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our out-of-hours service runs from 8pm – 8am, giving you peace of mind that your issue will be made safe and, where possible, fully resolved during our visit. If a full fix cannot be completed on the spot, you will be given priority for a next-day appointment from 8am to ensure the problem is resolved quickly.
